The problems of the housing-and-municipal complex reformation (on the St.-Petersburg experience)

Abstract

In article, basing on an example of the St.-Peters-burg, the housing and communal services condition of modern Russia is considered and the experience of its reforming is summarized. The special attention is payed to the transformation of the city's housing resources control system and to the program decisions directed on the improvement of the energy saving of the housing services.
