Abstract

The author gives special attention to a problem of an effective fi nancial streams and credit issue control system formation. The strategic importance of not only the EurAsEC's Anti-recessionary fund creations, but, first of all, the importance of the concept of regional reserve currencies and definition of the reforming of the international fi nancial relations structure directions working out is underlined.
