The theoretical bases of an innovative policy and feature of its realisation in the EurAsEC member states

Abstract

It is given the characteristic of the inertial and the innovative scenarios of the policy directed on formation of innovative economy, taking into account features of an economic situation in the EurAsEC countries. It is emphasized that the innovative scenario assumes: an active stimulation of the innovative process by the state, refusal from "liberal market-competitive" doctrines in favour of an effective state regulation of economy; a formation of the large corporations functioning on the same principles which are similar for multinational corporation activity; realisation of a target policy in the banking sector, providing the rigid control over the long-term credits sizes increasing.
