Development of the hypothecary legislation in Uzbekistan

Abstract

The article in details characterises positions of the new law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the mortgage". It is emphasized that under this law the rules of the mortgage are applied to a mortgage of the not fi nished building, to a pledge of the right of the tenant of the plot of land, and to the property put under the mortgage contract. The law provides also the rules of the competitions on the right of rent of the plot of lands.
