To a question of the subject-matter of the Conception of the Eurasian economic community development

Abstract

In article it is offered to return to the basic ("primary") question of the integration interaction in our region of world economy - to the creation of the Conception of the Eurasian economic community development in the XXI-st century, that was earlier started on the magazine pages. It is emphasized that this development should base on the recall of that Eurasian civilisation which has arisen in the centuries-old interaction process of the people of Europe and Asia, that demands to search new Eurasian identity, the policy directed on a reconstruction and development of the mutual cultural values and creation of the Eurasian union, adjusting of the further economy and society updating programs. It is offered to analyse and prepare once again wellfounded reasons on to improve "the Basic directions of the economic transformation of the Community", that should consider the features and the stage of the economy liberalisation in the EurAsec member states.
